Chessie was Best of Breed at the Keystone ESS Club Specialty on October 20, 2007 and Best of Breed at the Garden State ESS Club Supported Entry on October 21, 2007.  She was shown by Tom Faust. 

Chessie is a bitch that Tom and I co-own and she has been nothing but a pleasure to own and show.  She has had two litters of puppies and was an excellent mother, and is a well behaved dog at home.  She knows she's the queen of the castle and lets all the other dogs in the house know who's in charge.  We just adore this dog!!!

Eric was Veteran Best of Breed and Best in Veteran Sweepstakes at the Garden State ESS CLub Supported Entry on October 21, 2007.  He also won Best of Opposite Sex in Veteran Sweepstakes at the Keystone ESS CLub Supported Entry on October 19, 2007 and the Keystone ESS Club Specialty on October 20, 2007.  He was shown by Laureen Camisi.
 
Eric will be shown in the future as a Veteran at Specialties.  He is now 9 years old and although he loves the show ring, we need to take it easy with him.  I get very emotional when I show him because I know he loves it because he's doing it with and for me.  Eric has never been shown by anyone other than me.

Ch Sapphires Apollo the Second -"Moose" was Best of Breed and made the cut in Group at the Perkiomen Kennel Club, in Eagleville, PA.  Moose was shown by Laureen. 
 

 

Ch Twin Oaks Sapphire Makin' Waves - "Chessie"  Wins Best of Breed at the Newton Kennel Club, in NJ on September 1, 2007.  This was her first show after two litters of puppies.  Chessie was shown by Tom Faust.
 

Ch Sapphires Power Play - Eric" was Best in Veteran Sweepstakes on September 6, 2007, at the Big Apple Sporting Dog Society in NJ and Best of Opposite Sex in Veteran Sweepstakes on September 8, 2007, at the Garden State English Springer Spaniel Club Specialty. 

Eric has been our beloved pet for the past 7 years.  He finished his championship at 18 months old and never set foot in a show ring since then.  He has had problems with pulled ligaments, colitis and severe skin allergies.  He will be 9 years old the end of October.  This dog showed like he was on fire.  He never missed a beat and seemed happy to be back in the ring.  We are so proud of him. 
                                                   

                                        
MOOSE!!!  CH Sapphires Apollo the Second finished his championship in style by going Best of Winners at the Devon Dog Show in Pennsylvania on October 7, 2006.  Moose is the second of his litter to finish this year.  He was shown by Howard Huber II and prepared for the ring by Kendra and Heidi Huber.  Moose is owned by Sandra and Walter Wytoshek and Laureen Camisi.  He is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met and is an exuberant boy with all the positive qualities of a springer.  He can be seen in the specials ring during 2007.

Sapphires Apollo the Second  "Moose" won his first 3 point major at the Staten Island Kennel Club shown by Howard Huber II.  Moose now has 7 point towards his championship.

Both Moose and Pepper are out of CH Twin Oaks Firestorm "Woody" x Ch Twin Oaks Black Ice "Tara" and were whelped 8/28/04.  Pepper is owned by Laureen and Don Camisi and Moose is owned by Sandy and Walter Wytoshek and Laureen Camisi.

     June 2006 - CH Sapphires Hot N' Spicy  "Pepper"  finished her Championship Breeder/Owner handled at 21 months of age.  She finished at the Burlington County Kennel Club under Judge Bud DiDonato.  Pepper is our ninth homebred champion and we are so proud of her.
